Lorann Oils Cinnamon Oil Super Strength Flavour 1 Dram 3.7ml

LorAnn Cinnamon flavouring is a bold, warming oil-soluble candy oil that brings an authentic cinnamon spice character to hard candy, chocolates, and baked goods. Each 1 dram (3.7ml) bottle is super-strength. A small amount delivers significant flavour, making it ideal for festive confectionery, spiced chocolates, and cinnamon-flavoured sweets.

This oil-based formula is heat-stable and will not cause chocolate or candy melts to seize, unlike water-based cinnamon extracts.
